Empower Our India is a consultancy service provider focusing on areas that impact positively & sustainably the lives of the people at the base of the pyramid through its high impact projects, advisory & catalytic research assignments. The projects will address exclusion & marginalisation of people at the base of the pyramid from policy, economic process, system, etc which leads to their exploitation and preventing them from participating fully in the country’s financial inclusion system & economic growth.

PROJECTS

We undertake high impact projects involving policy advocacy & facilitating key partnerships to develop ecosystems for financial, social & digital inclusion and water sustainability. Strengthening capacity of grassroots organisations by seeding adequate technology, integration of various micro borrowers credit data (hitherto not included into the credit bureaus) into credit bureaus and other projects that deepen and accelerate financial inclusion with a focus on transparency & accountability and create a grassroots network to also address water sustainability in India.

 

ADVISORY

We provide advisory services to support and supplement organisations for their financial inclusion, digital inclusion and water sustainability projects. Advisory services involves services like stakeholder engagement (government, regulator, banks, NABARD, SIDBI, NRLM, etc), creation of multi stakeholder ecosystem, developing relations with associations & grassroots organisations serving the population at the base of the pyramid, etc thereby actively contribute to strategic thinking & development of the respective organisation’s financial inclusion strategy.

RESEARCH

We undertake catalytic research assignments to shape & deepen financial, digital & social inclusion address water scarcity challenges in India and on how to sustainably address them. The research projects will not only focus on generating insights but also recommend policy improvements at the Government, regulator and at an overall institutional level to ensure sustainability. Research assignments will focus on identifying India’s underserved, mapping various Government schemes for linkages & water sustainability, mapping technology landscape for financial inclusion and other high impact assignments.
