Currently working at Compassites Software Solutions, Bangalore as Senior Consultant-Projects since November 2015 till date, manages project deliverables and client relationship. Prior to Compassites, worked at Experian India Services, Bangalore as Regional Head-Sales & Business Development, June 2013 till Oct. 2015. At Experian defined and led the implementation strategies for retaining or enhancing existing market share and customer acquisition. Mentoring team members in generating sale of Credit Services & Bureau solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance and Telecom service providers. Decision Analytics Solutions like Predictive Scorecards, Fraud Risk Mitigation. Promoting International Business Information reports to support due diligence/ underwriting at Banks and Corporates. Managed customer acquisition, data acquisition of consumer, commercial and micro-finance lending institutions. From June 2013 to October 2013 worked with HighMark India Services, Bangalore as Regional Head-Sales & Business Development. Built and maintained productive business relationships with Micro Finance institutions in South India for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Evaluated risk management challenges of Microfinance sector encompassing customer survey, field visits and expert interviews and managing data acquisition, data load and product delivery operations for South India. Collaborated with global experts in identifying & customizing products from the global product set to cater to Indian market as member of product strategy team. Dun and Bradstreet Transunion Analytic & Decision Center, Chennai, Sr. System Analyst, May 2008–March 2010. Functioned as Delivery Lead for Credit Bureau and Risk Management verticals involved in managing major system migration/ implementations for credit bureau projects for clients of Dun & Bradstreet across India and the Gulf. Collaborated with various support teams & stakeholders in managing major Credit Bureau customization and migration project for key customer (CIBIL). Managed 2 flagship projects for the company in social networking and e-governance domains. Involved in troubleshooting & issue resolution across multiple technology platforms. Microsoft, Ruby on Rails, PHP etc. Developed new product design & architecture based on client interactions and collated requirements for product development.
